Client Area Layout


As with all order management systems, a simple yet concise client area is required so that your clients can view and obtain records easily, as well as make payments on past due or, due invoices easily.


Main Client Area

Once a client logs into their account, they are greeted with their last 5 records ( orders and invoices ). They can also see any lastest news announcements and, special notes regarding their account immediately after logging in.



Client Account Information

If a clients information changes, it is easy for them to login and update this information, including credit card details simply by clicking on the 'Client Profile' tab.



Viewing All Orders

By clicking on the 'View Orders' tab, they are able to see an overview of all orders in their account. From here they can access more details for that order ( bottom image ) and they can also see any pending cancellations or, cancelled accounts.

Viewing All Invoices

By clicking on teh 'View Invoices' tab, the client can view every invoice for their account and, if there are any due invoices, they will see a bright 'PAY' button inline with that invoice.
