Donations & Product Partnerships
After 10 Years of service to the hosting industry, we receive numerous requests after helping a client
as to where they can pay us a little extra for what we have done or, those that request the ability to donate towards the
products development. We have always replied with a statement similar to "Don't worry about it, that is what we are here for".
Now, you can. The difference is that even though it is looked at as a donation, I prefer to consider it a gift and feel you should get something in
return for your gift. Therefore, every gift made will become a "Service Credit" that can be used towards items needed in
the future. If you need us to upgrade your installation, add a year to your support & download package or, purchase a new license
for a different installation, you can use this credit towards that product.
Gift Levels and Service Credits
ALL funds received will go directly towards current and future development, in all areas, of the billing system. All service credits become available for use "30 days" after receipt of payment and expires "120 Days" afterwards, unless otherwise noted. |

What is this good for ?
Aside from becoming a supporter of the product, and all future development, you'll be listed on our supporters page or our partners page based on the level of the amount selected. All amounts $150, or higher, automatically qualify to receive at least ONE FREE Lifetime license that does not deduct from the service credit amount, unless other key amount is listed.

License Transfer Policy
We do permit the option that owned licenses, purchased directly from us be
sold and/or transferred between companies. Before any transfer can be completed, the license must be
validated by WHM.AutoPilot. This is to be completed by opening a request on our helpdesk with your license
key, date of purchase and any forum URL that needs to have the license validated on. If your license is
approved for transfer, and has been activated prior to the sale, there will be a transfer fee of $20 due by either the seller or the buyer. |
