This does, however, require a renewal of support and downloads to occur every 6 months for $19.95 after your initial activation. You will not have access to any downloads or receive support in any method if your account has expired and has not been renewed.

If a purchase is made, and a refund requested without a FREE version first installed and activated for a minimum of 14 days, your refund request will be denied.

Owned licenses include a 14 day money back guarantee. Refunds are only availabe to the license cost, all other fees are non-refundable. Refunds are only available for failure in the software after installation. Refunds will not be issued due to server issues or lack of features. By purchasing a copy of this software, you are agreeing to this refund policy in its entirety.

Leased licenses or discounted specials are not applicable for refunds.

No refunds are available after 14 days. Any request for cancellation must be received via our online support ticket system and you will receive verification upon the cancellation of your account. Cancellations over the telephone and informal email are not accepted.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by WHM AutoPilot for violating our Terms of Use do not qualify for the 14-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to illegal redistribution, you will not be given any refund.

We do permit the option that owned licenses, purchased directly from us be sold and/or transferred between companies. Before any transfer can be completed, the license must be validated by WHM.AutoPilot. This is to be completed by opening a request on our helpdesk with your license key, date of purchase and any forum URL that needs to have the license validated on. If your license is approved for transfer, there will be a transfer fee of $20 due by either the seller or the buyer. All transfered licenses start with 0 days of support and downloads. In order for the new owner to gain access to downloads, they must renew for a minimum of 6 months after the transfer has been completed.
