This is an orientation of your main page inside your WHM AutoPilot script. Over the next areas, we will introduce you to each area of the main page with a brief description of what each area contains.
Main Page - sometimes dubbed as the dashboard
Once you login to your script, you will come to the summary page of all that is happening inside your script. New orders, pending orders, server status, unresolved orders and open trouble tickets and income and accounts summary.

From this location you can get a clear overview of total accounts, servers and recurring income tracked from within your AutoPilot system.

CURRENT ACTIVE SERVER STATS
If you already have a server installed, and marked as ‘active’, you will be able to get a glimpse of the current status of that server directly from your main page. NOTE: Resellers, if you are unable to view server stats from your WHM, you will not be able to view them from the main page of your admin area.
PENDING ACCOUNT SUMMARY
Any orders generated from the order system that were either marked as ‘manual install’ or ordered through mail in payment will show up here. These accounts will need to be manually activated in order to have them installed on the server and for the client to receive the welcome emails generated from the script.
ACTIVE TROUBLE TICKETS
Any support requests from your clients will be found here.
DOMAINS UNRESOLVED
A domain that is dubbed ‘unresolved’ is a domain that is installed in the script and server that is not yet resolving to the IP address assigned to it. For more information on this tool, please visit the ‘ Resolve Manager ‘ section of this manual.
